~This book by Raine Thomas was a pleasure to read. The connection and emotions were there.
Everly has a lot on her plate. School for physical therapy, taking care of her grandfather, work and somehow managing bills knowing they don't have enough to go around.
Cole has the life every baseball player dreams of... until he starts feeling pain and doesn't want to admit that his career could be in trouble. He begs his brother, a doctor, for help. Too bad for him, his brother is the wrong kind of doctor.
Sweet and loving Everly finds herself in a 'too-good-to-be-true' situation. Doing something she loves and excells at, while making enough money to pay for her grandfather's care. Catch: no one can know.
I think what I love most about this book, is that Cole is amazing, hot, sexy, sweet and without being a douche bag.
This was a great read and I honestly didn't want to put it down til I was done.
I enjoy looking forward to more work from Raine Thomas.
