The Beast Within Novella Series by Melissa Crowe
The Beast Within-#1
Haunted- The Beast Within #2
Journey- The Beast Within #3
5 stars for all 3 novellas.

I loved this series. You meet Karina, she's your everyday girl, just been dumped by her long time boyfriend Ian, so she moves in with he best friend Ella. Then she meets Xavier and she has a short affair with him, until he captures her for her blood. He is a lycanthrop and she, unbeknownst to her, is a Tuatha De Danann and her blood cures lycanthropy. It turns out that Ian is her Guardian and their relationship is forbidden. The journeys they go on to meet the Queen Danu are crazy, you meet many more Guardians, 3 of which are Ian's brothers. Thrown in a few Blood Drinkers, Karina not being able to travel over water and it makes for an interesting adventure. They have to make it from Australia to Ireland, where The Other world is.
It's hard to say much more with out giving the whole series away. Melissa Crowe sure knows how to write a series with cliffhangers that force you to buy the next ones! I'm so into it now that I now have to see if #4 is out yet! There is a lot of adventure, fighting scenes that are not foe the faint at heart, and romance that is tastefully done. You will not be disappointed in these novellas, if this is your scene go get them now! They will keep you up late at night, and make you neglect your household duties, but it is SO worth it. Well done Melissa! You have a new fan in me.
***These books were given to me free for an HONEST review, and that is what I do. If the book sucked, I would have no qualms in saying so.***
